My name is Chris, and I'm a fatty.
I've been married for seven years, and in that time period I gained 65 pounds. My wife and I split up, and low and behold, I start losing weight. I've gone from 250 to 235 in the past few months. I've been doing some light exercising, just using my own body weight. Mainly push ups and crunches. I have awful eating habits, but have improved on my diet.
I recently went out and bought some dumbbells, and started doing sets of 21s and other arm exercises. It didn't take long for that dorment muscle to start appearing, which has given me incentive to start getting serious about losing weight, and toning back up.
I played sports through out school. Nine years of football, four of basketball, and even two years of baseball. I was always in relatively good shape, until I met my wife, who made sure I ate well, and typically well more than I should.
Anywho, I'm looking forward to browsing the boards in order to pick up any information that might assist me in my new venture.
