Howdy Yall

Just got back into workin out after nearly 4 years off. I was planning on comin outta retirement and playin another year of semi-pro ball, but after throwin out my back, I reckoned my place is on the sidelines:p

Anyway, I'm back and into lifting again. I got pretty big at one point (for me, anyway) when I was bouncing, but now am just lookin to add big muscle to my natrually slim frame. Even with a hectic schedule, I hit the gym 3 days a week religiously. I forgot how much I loved workin out! I'm thinkin about gettin certified as a personal trainer, so any advise on that would be greatly appreciated.


I've taken some martial arts and boxing over the years, but nowdays just weight train for fitness.

Guess that's it.
