Hello everyone. New to the forum, but not to new to fitness. Have always tried to stay in decent shape and tried to keep up on the latest fitness issues. Back in the mid '90s I was a Nautilus instructor at a small, local health club, and helped out in the free weight room as well. In all honesty, I got in the best shape of my life working out at home, once I discovered that the 2 hour or twice a day workouts in the gym trying to keep up with the big boys was leading to overtraining and extremely slow and minimal results. Anyhow, I've been visiting this site for a while and it seems there are a lot of folks here that have a lot of valuable knowledge and experience, so I plan on picking a few brains here, and hopefully I can help out some folks as well.
