I have recently lost around 30 lbs over the course of 6 months (which has been awesome). My struggle now is adjusting my diet and exercise to maintenance mode. It's a different challenge that feels weird to have but now I am worried about becoming too thin. I eat 3 squares but I still am dropping weight. I don't want to relapse into unhealthy eating habits but I need to regulate. Hopefully there are other out there with some advise. I am 6'2" and currently at 168 lbs. I'm still in a healthy range (according to some charts) but I'm getting closer to the bottom than I want
