I've always had a fairly good stomach but was only recently(few months) I've started exercising properly.It seems to have worked as I'm able to work out for longer etc. I've cut out fizzy drinks,full fat milk,salt and cut down a lot on junk food etc. I now do crunches,sit ups, aerobic excercise etc but despite all this my stomach has gone, only when I tense it does any muscle become at all visible and even then it's not as good or flat as I had it before. Is there any possible reason for this?
