How'd this happen?

I've always had a fairly good stomach but was only recently(few months) I've started exercising properly.It seems to have worked as I'm able to work out for longer etc. I've cut out fizzy drinks,full fat milk,salt and cut down a lot on junk food etc. I now do crunches,sit ups, aerobic excercise etc but despite all this my stomach has gone, only when I tense it does any muscle become at all visible and even then it's not as good or flat as I had it before. Is there any possible reason for this?

Because you're not eating enough.

To build muscle, you need to eat more. You're probably working and starving your body to breaking down your muscle in order to keep yourself from dying.
 
Today?
Breakfast-2-4 Weetabix depending on how much time I have,with semi skimmed milk.
during the day water
lunch-Chips from Durum shop(Yes I know my diet sucks but is the only nearby food place near my school, bringing stuff from home only keeps me hungry oddly)
Dinner- Pork chop, 4 potatoes, peas,green beans,carrots.semi skimmed milk
Water
Before bed-semi skimmed milk

I'm eating a lot more than I used to before and dont add in as much junk food as I used to and have added in a protein shake.
