Hi everyone,

Lately, I've been tracking my poo. I know it sounds a little weird, but think about it: your poo actually tells you a lot about how well you ate and how your body digested everything.

Once I learned more about it, I became really fascinated! I found out there's lots of scientific knowledge around poo. And there's even an official scale to rank your poo. It tells you exactly what you can change in your diet to get 'the best poo', hilarious, but also very interesting I think.
