How will this turn out?

hi guys! just wanted to basically run everyone through what im doing fitness-wise and hopefully get some answers from the experienced people on here.

basically im running 5 days a week sometimes 6 (between 3-4km)
and every second day im doing bench bress max weight to do about 3 sets of 10
max weight on dunbells to do 3 sets of 10
2 lots of 30 push ups per day
2 lots of 15 chin ups per day
some similar sets of tri work outs and the like...

(when i say max weight i dont mean anything ridiculously heavy for me, just an amount that gets me feeling worked out after the mentioned sets)

EATING: ive looked up the products with the most protein and ive added a glass of milk every morning and night, a can of tuna each day.. chicken as part of dinner 2 times a week. and red meat 2 times a week as part of dinner, and eggs for breakfast 5 days a week, pasta 1-2 times a week and then vegitables 1 once a week in dinner..

basically what i want know is what sort of effect the weights will have on my body as im am doing so much running... i am generally pretty skinny..

im guessing that i will not put so much muscle on but a slight amount and i will become very toned?

anyhoo after say 6 months to a year of this sort of training what sort of result body-wise am i going to have?
