How to wake up

I'm feeling so tired this morning. I get enough hours sleep yet I still wake up feeling really tired! Any tips for waking up?

I have had a busy week aswell..
Running.. Sat:7km sun:14.8km race event Monday:5km Tuesday:6km
 
What are your current sleeping habits and schedule? If you keep going to sleep at different times every night or receive too much mental stimulus too close before sleeping, your quality of sleep is going to be much lower.

Tips for waking up? Well, just do it, I guess? Haul yourself out of bed no matter what. You could also try putting your alarm clock across the room so you have to get out of bed, or set multiple alarms.
 
This is very casual problem. I have a solution which works pretty good for me. I do not know whether it would work others or not.

Drink lots of water before sleeping at night. If you drink lots of water at night then it would be completely impossible for you to stay in the bed in very early in the morning. You may try it! Lets see whether it works or not.
 
I agree with Albert Smith... When you're hydrated, it's harder to stay in that "love my bed" mood. Also, when you first get up in the morning, try keeping a bottle of water in your fridge and drinking some of that - That used to help me.
 
I think that the time at which you sleep also matters a lot. If you sleep early for enough hours, I think you would get up fresh.
 
wake up to running songs........ and get the body moving..
