How to take Xenadrine-EFX correctly

Hi,

I have some doubts about how to take correctly Xenadrine-EFX, I have been taking it for three weeks with great results but I would like to know what is the best time to stop taking them (I have read not to exceed more than 12 weeks) and for how long do I have to rest before starting to take the pills again.

i dont like that stuff at all i lost some weight but i broke out in hives all over my body
