Sport How to take in enough protein while avoiding calories <Cutting>?

Sport Fitness
I have one more week left of bulking, then I will begin to cut... but i was wondering... How can i take enough protein and not exceed my calorie limit? Any cutting protein bars I can make here at home? I could eat ALOT of tuna... its low in cals... :) I love tuna... Well i dont know, plz some suggestions!

Well, protein contributes 4cals/g, so some good high protein sources:

Turkey breast.
Tuna, White alabcore.
Beef jerky.

The key is going to be cutting else where: in carbs and fat.

for cutting...I heard you need to just get the amount of protein for every lb on your body.

then you gotta focus more on carbs?

Meats are good amounts of protein for little calories, it actually bugs me because I am bulking, but turkey, ham, etc, tuna as well is great for a protein to calorie ratio.

How many calories do you plan on eating? How many grams of carbs do you plan on eating? Say you weigh 100 pounds (just to keep it easy), and you want to eat 1.5 grams. So 100x1.5=150. 150x4=600 calories. You're protein is now taken care of. Do the same for carbs, and the rest of the calories come from fat. :)

BigStew is on the right track. You need to know what your maintenance calorie intake is though to get started.
Say its 2000 cals (again to keep the math simple).
subtract 10-20% calories to hit a maintenance intake...so, 200-400 cals. We'll say 1800 cals then.
600cals coming from protein, takes us to 1200. You want about .5g of fat per pound of lean mass, so again, 100lbs x .5g = 50g of fat a day. 9cals to agram of fat, so that's 450cals from fat.
