ok my exercise is only jogging.. been doing that for 30mins to 1hr a day for 6-7months now...

now i noticed my arms and legs have totally changed to slim but how come my neck and cheeks still look chubby?

is there any way to slim those parts =( im not into those equipment stuffs or doing weights and such... im only into jogging, bike, jumping and stuffs like that ^_^ what u think is the best way to focus slim on neck and cheeks?

I'm going to quote something I wrote in another thread dealing with this exact thing:

Ok - it sounds really lame and don't let anyone catch you doing it but... if you tip your head back, resting on your shoulders then open and close your mouth over and over.. you can feel that lower chin muscle working.

Do that like you do any other exercise - stoppng every few days to let the muscle rest. It should help a bit. I learned it from an Avon lady, she was very large but her chin area was nice and tight. She said she did it every week day about 25 reps. before she put on her makeup.

Couldn't hurt right? :D

I do it every day that I do my weight lifting. I'm 300+ lb and have never had a double chin. :D Good Luck!!

you cannot "spot reduce" fat but what ur experiencing atm is ur body tightening up where you're toning up, so great job so far!

my advice would be to keep with ur current workout and steadily increase it all the time as it sounds like its doing u good! :D

the above mentioned exercise is a good 1 to start with for the neck but take ur time, the neck is difficult as people very often neglect it so its usually pretty weak

as for your face you will just have to lose your body fat as a whole to see a change there, keep your workouts hard and you will see your face improving in no time :D

How we lose/gain body fat and body muscle are not the same way. You can directly affect muscle tone, but when your body gains or loses actual fat, you can't consciously decide where that fat will be deposited or lifted.

It's possible to have great muscle tone in a specific area, like the arms or legs, yet have a lot of fat covering those muscles so that you may not appear toned (even if you are).

It's also possible to have very little muscle tone but also a very low percentage of fat. So, a genuinely fit person could look fat and a out-of-shape person could look moderately fit by comparison.

People also have faces with different shapes. Many Oriental women have very wide faces yet are not overweight or are very thin. Their bones are just a bit farther apart than others. People with square faces will sometimes look heavier in the face regardless of how big or small their bodies are. Christina Ricci is a good example. If you look only at her face, she appears to be chubby. But she isn't, it's just that she has a square face.
