How to remove muscles of the legs?

I have big legs. There are so manu muscles in the legs.
I hear that I must do slow jogging. I start do that but there is not result. Is another tips???

Please help me!!!

For me it's real problem.
So there are two tips:
1) Diet.
2) Slow jogging every morning (5-8 miles).
3) Less proteins.
Is it true? Really help!

Women love a guy with big, muscly legs - don't worry about it. If they don't then maybe they aren't the right girls to be talking to.

Seriously, aiming for atrophy is not cool.

Talking to girls is just a psycoligical thing,they probably wouldnt even notice your legs,they would probably notice something you probaly havent even noticed about yourself(if they was looking for fault),be positive and confident,ive seen the uglyist guys get with the prettyist girls...Why? because the have confidence.
 
I have this same problem, I ran a marathon last week in 3hrs 43 mins and still have huge thunder thighs- my waist is about a 32, but I have to buy 34inch trousers and jeans. Added to the fact that I have quite short legs for a guy of 6ft and I reallly look horrible in some clothes! I look better in shorts, but I live in Ireland so you can't wear them too long! I get really down about my body, I have some self esteem issues about it, but girls aren't a problem. Don't associate getting girls with you legs- just be confident and you should be ok. Also, in the short term, buy clothes that suit your bosy shape!
 
Slow jogging will definitely help because slow jogging gathers slow twitch muscle fibers. but this would take some time to see change. if your really concerned about your big legs you will need to stop training them or avoiding it because your genetics may want you to have big legs. training your legs with a high intensity will make them bigger and training your legs with cardio and a medium to low intensity will make it lean. however if your genetics are too have big legs then that's the way your body is so you will need to stop training all together to make the atrophy(smaller). then when you start training again avoid high intense workouts on your legs as this will only make them bigger.
another thing is if you have fat on top of that muscle you should look to reducing your fat from cardio. but if you have a low percent of body fat then you need to do what i said before.
if i could get bigger legs i would cause i have a much bigger upper body then my legs.
if you could just get a bigger upper body you will even it out and look pretty dam good. most guys in the gym hate training legs so your one step ahead.
