How To Make The Best Of My Setup...?

Stretches comes first than exercise. This threw me off just now, that is not a good idea. I would try to reverse it. Food habbits are pretty much common sense, well at least to me. Mayo is not on the good side as tuna, peanut butter. Fish, fruits, vegetables, you know. hehe...

Sell your "home gym" and buy a barbell with plenty of weights.

I've read different articles online that said stretching after exercising had more benefits. Thats how my P.E. teacher had our class do it also. :p Anybody else have any input on this?
