how to make legs smaller?

hi, genetically I have huge legs and calves...

I want my legs to get smaller. I am very lean but my legs are too big in proportion to my upper body and I need to lose weight in my bottom half...

So how do I decrease the size of my legs without decreasing upper body mass?

I suspect the imbalance here is too small an upper body, not too large a lower body.

what's your current workout like (if any)?
what's your daily lifestyle like?
 
cankles are a killer lol. Seriously if thats wat your asking i have read that you wont be able to make it "smaller" or reduce the "fat" around them that it is purely genetic.

But what do i know im fat.
 
my goal is to look kinda like this (in terms of muscle mass and leanness)... I am a model and want to break into the New york high fashion scene and for that my legs are too big (although I realize that in reality they are perfectly proportioned lol)... my agency told me that my look is great for the new york fashion scene but my legs might be a problem which is why i want to decrease the size. Also I am perfectly able to control my diet and weight, it is easy for me to lean down to runway leanness so I'm not an anorexic because I have a good diet (eat 6 small meals a day etc)

anywys I just took some photos right now and put them up on imageshack (did not shower and just ate big breakfast but whatever lol). My goals are to increase upper body (especially shoulders and chest, not traps though) and decrease legs (especially calves, but also general leg size)

current workout
Mon: Heavy/strength-chest/tri/shoulders
Tue: Heavy/strength-leg/back/bi
wed: abs
thur: hypertrophy-chest/shoulders
fri: hypertrophy-back/tri
sat:hypertrophy-leg/bi/forearms/calves
sun: abs

cardio about 4-5x a week
 
Most have the opposite goals...
