Hello!
So my biggest problem is the studies...
I follow an well balanced diet and try to do 60 min exercise a day... the problem is, it really decreases my brain rendiment...
I study all day and at the end of it... My head is killing me and I can't study a damn thing, is such a despair...
I've been studying for a really hard exam that is tomorrow but I was so brainly weak that I f*cked up the diet and ate a lot of food rich in sugar and fat.
Now my brain is working...
I know brain do these kind of stuff, it makes us eat whenever we're tired or sleepy, it's his way to balance and I know some of his functions turn low when there are a calorie deficit... but what can I do?
I can't stop studying... but these are my cycles for years... It's not desire, it's kind of a need... I really tired of this 45 extra pounds but whenever I try to lose them I fail at my obligations...
What can I do to lose weight without putting my brain working low?
