Hello, I`d like to lose some weight. I`m 5 ft 5 in and 198 lbs and now I`m on a diet that a friend of mine suggested (he`s a dietitian). The problem is in two months I`ve got no results. I don`t wanna go to him and tell him his diet didn`t worked, we`re friends and I`d like to keep things that way. However, I believe I`m doing something wrong but I can`t figure it out. I`ve heard many people talking about calorie counters and stuff like that. I haven`t used a calorie counter so far, could this be the reason of my failure?
