Sport How to lose weight properly?

Sport Fitness
Hello, I`d like to lose some weight. I`m 5 ft 5 in and 198 lbs and now I`m on a diet that a friend of mine suggested (he`s a dietitian). The problem is in two months I`ve got no results. I don`t wanna go to him and tell him his diet didn`t worked, we`re friends and I`d like to keep things that way. However, I believe I`m doing something wrong but I can`t figure it out. I`ve heard many people talking about calorie counters and stuff like that. I haven`t used a calorie counter so far, could this be the reason of my failure?

Yes, it could.

The calorie counter is very important. However, the best thing when you`re on a diet is to use a diet and workout planner. This way you`ll always know your calorie intake, as well as the amount of burned calories. This is really important cause this way you`ll see when you`re over/under your calorie limit. Anyway, you can find a great diet and fitness planner and calorie counter at *possible spam URL removed by the management*. They also have interesting weight charts that show your evolution depending on the calorie limit you need to stick to. You didn`t mentioned anything about working out. You should increase your physical activity as well. For starters, walk at a fast pace for 30 minutes in the morning, park the car further, and stuff like that. Good luck!

This could very well be the old 'bait and switch' spam attempt. Spammer creates two logins, posts a question with one, then spams his link immediately in the next post so it looks legit.

If you're serious, post more about your food intake, and what you're doing for cardio AND resistence training.

if you're not doing both, that's a huge part of the problem.

Malkore how did you miss they all have the same IP.
