hi, i am 34 and i used to be a couch potato and was @ 363 pounds and suddenly i realised that i have to live and 1 year back started exercising and brought my weight down to 220 pounds using cardio / weight/ diets..... i am happy but i have very loose fat which is troubling me a lot and i am doing exercises @ gym where
trainer are not so much trendy............. i need help to shed off this loose fat....................

training schedule:
40 min treadmil running with and without hand bar support
25 min cross trainer
20 min ab exercises
40 min weight
resting time: 30 min


schedule 5-6 days/week
 
Now I think you would be having a perfectly toned body with that kind of training schedule.:coolgleamA:
 
As already mentioned, there is no such thing as targeted fat loss. Your best bet is to keep up your routine but try including some High Intensity Interval Training into your routine.

For example - Light jog - 30 secs
- Sprint at 80% of your maximum effort - 30 seconds
- Light Jog (Or even walk) - 30 seconds
- Sprint at 80% - 30 seconds.
- Repeat for 6 - 7 rounds.

The idea behind it being that you can work out at a higher intensity for a longer period. Obviously change the time period or intensity of your sprints to match your fitness level.

Also just eat healthier.. If you get your nutrition in order like your workout routine, you'll be sorted.
