How to know kb up and down during a day

How can I know how much I've downloaded and uploaded during a day? I'm on windows vista, is there anything built in? If not, are there any programs I can get that can do this? The reason I ask is because with my current internet deal I can only down and upload 10gig each day, otherwise I will lose the connection for a set time. I need to be able to keep track.

10 Gig per month or per day? 10 gig a day is alright, thats two DVD's or 15 CD's per day enough for most. Even if you were a mad linux fan and downloaded a new version each day from distrowatch, how could you exceed 10 gig per day?
If you just surfed the net without downloading any large files or watching movies online you could barely exceed 10 gig per month.

It's 10 per day, and it is possible to exceed it, I'm on a 100mb line.. I'm actually on my university line, because the collective I live in has a deal with the uni. So I'm basically downloading movies in 10-30 min.

I'm not saying the 10 gig is a problem, but sometimes I reach the limit when I'm doing certain things (like dling porn, JK) :p
 
yeah, 10 doesn't happen that often though, that's when I'm lucky. Usually more like 30 min. I usually find a movie, DL it, go make food, come back and watch while I eat :D
 
Haha i usually start the download,go to bed, get up, go to work,get home ,make my dinner and sit down and watch it:D
