Hey all. I'm facing a big challenge as I'm on an extended vacation with no gym or equipment for working out.

Between 2013-2015 I went from 235 up to 310lbs. Mainly over eating and a desk job.

At the end of 2015 when I grew too big for my 46 inch jeans I decided it was time to lose the weight. I wasn't unhappy being big but was starting to feel physically restricted by my size and my partner was encouraging some weight loss as Id gained 100lbs since we first met.

Anyways fast forward to the end of 2015 when I got back in the gym and dropped 65lbs. Unfortunately now I'm on vacation. Which is great fun but I find myself eating a lot and I dot have access to the gym. I know I've gained some back already and can feel that my pants are tighter. How can I turn this around before I'm back up in the 300s again

A lot of people (when they go on vacation) tend to think this is a 'break' and just binge eat, putting a whole bunch of weight on. This is not what you should do. Just remember to get your morning exercise in, just after you wake up, on an empty stomach. Then balance your meals out and you will be fine.

Just as an update, the damage is done now and I'll be getting back into my regular work out. I did gain some weight, Im back up to 270lbs (35lbs gained) , but hopefully can get back down to the 235 level I was at
