I am 178cm tall, but only 60Kg weighty. Am I too thin? However, I am in good health. How to increase my weight in a short time. Give me some feasible advices.
 
If I did my math right (probably not, I'm still waking up), you are 5ft9 1/2, and weigh around 132-133 lbs.

I would say that is on the thinner side, but nothing crazy.

As for increasing your weight, there is a lot of good bulking advice around here, so have a look around. Women are told this all the time regarding weight loss, but it applies to everyone (bulking too) - stop thinking in terms of "in a short time" - that ain't gonna happen (at least not in a good way). Think in terms of doing it the right way in the long run. You will need to set up a good surplus eating plan (consuming more than your maintenance amount of daily calories), and a good wkout routine.
