Hi - first post.
When I was around 12 I was pretty fat, but I'm not a thin 24 year old - but with one problem: my chest/pec area remains a little pointed/cone-shaped instead of being flat as I would prefer. Could working out my lower and upper chest areas (especially lower) help get rid of these unsightly pecs? It's like the fat around there has never properly gone away from when I was fat...thanks for any help....and if there are any other ways to get rid of them please do tell!
