Sport how to get protein on a veggie diet?

I'm a veggie (do eat eggs; don't eat fish) and need to eat get more protein.

At the moment i get 90-100 g a day. I weigh 150 lbs (16-17% bodyfat). I'm trying to bulk out a bit, but not worried about becoming a proper beefcake (tho wouldn't mind). I think my excercise routine is ok I just need more protein. I can't afford ready made high protein drinks or bars, but i can make up my own if the ingredients are cheap enougth.

lets see hear- since you say that you can't afford ready made shakes and protein bars I would say that the only option that you have would be dairy products although you can find some protein powders in bulk and just purchase that way other than that I wouldn't say that there are too many more options

A tub of whey compared to the same amount of protein you could get in any food source is probably cheaper. I'd get a tub if i were you, its not that expensive. $30USD easy for 5LB. Eat lots of eggs but throw away most of the yolks.

Protein bars are usually crap.
 
is bipro a good brand?
