Sport how to gain mass and lose fat at the same time

hey everyone first post here.
and i wanted to ask all ur experts a question
im trying to gain muscle mass and lower my body fat at the same time.
do i take 500 calories more than usual or take in 500 calories less?

im 23 186lbs

my exercise plan is like this
day1--chest, tris
day2--cardio, abs
day3--bis, shoulders
day4--cardio, abs
day5--legs, back
day6--rest
day7-rest

im taking in about 180 g of protein a day from solid food and powder
yes im eating clean

i know that if i take in 500 cal over my recomended intake i will gain weight
and lose weight if i take in 500 cals less

can i cut 500 cals and still gain mass
or can i take in 500 more cals and cut my fat at the same time
dont know which way to go

any advice would be greatly appreciated
 
neither. its very difficult to do both at the same time, and make decent headway...specifically because one requires extra calories, the other requires a deficit in calories.
 
I find that I can cut and still gain size very slowly, although gaining size quick and losing fat has proved to be very difficult. Like malkore said: hard, possible, and sloooww. Aka, not worth it. Do one, then the other.
