Sport How to find time to eat right

Hey, I'm trying to bulk up and I cannot seem to find the time to eat right. I goto college and work two weekdays, I can never find the time to make myself healthy food and instead most of the time I have to eat the junk they sell on campus or subway. So how do you guys do it? I am really trying and any advice would be appreciated.
 
Prepare your meals in advance.

I cook on Sunday for Sun-Wed and on Wed for Thur-Saturday.
 
Yep, preparation is key. Plus you just have to feel it's important enough to make it a priority. There's always some time you can use to prepare food that you're currently using for something else. Watching TV, surfing the web, etc.

I usually try to prepare what I can for the week on Sunday. Boil some eggs, cook a turkey breast, wash some lettuce for salads, that type of thing. Then I wake up early on weekdays and prepare lunches for myself and my whole family (2 school aged boys and a wife). It's gotta be prepared and easy, otherwise you'll fall back on easy-to-grab processed junk food. It's not easy but it's worth it.
