How to drop a size?

This is my first post here....
Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on dropping from a size 4/6 to a 2/4? I'm currently a 4/6 model, and I'm 5'10", weigh about 145 and am 20 years old. I'm currently toning up at my agency's request, but they told me today that if I can get down to a 2/4 (probably closer to a 2) then they have jobs I could potentially book overseas in the Asian market. Since I'm eager to branch out of the local market, I'd love to do this. I've never been below a size 3/4, but I've never been bigger than a size 6/8. I know how to keep my body in shape as it is, but I'm not sure what kind of a diet/exercise routine I need to be a size 2/3. I currently control my food intake with a modified weight watchers type diet plan, and I run four times a week and do target training about 3 days a week. Does anyone have advice for a new diet/exercise plan I can get into? I'm looking for something advanced, as I'm not a beginner to fitness.

Thanks!

Reduce calories, increase exercise..best I can tell ya. Most of us don't have the problem like you do as far as trying to become sickingly thin.

Hell, I'll be honest. Do you think it is good form for you to come to a forum about weight loss targeted to people trying to lose weight because they need to instead of losing weight for a media created ideal image that is unrealistic and inspired poor self-esteem for people that can't reach an unrealistic expectation?

Hey, I obviously got the wrong idea about these forums, as I didn't realize they were targeted towards a serious weight loss goal rather than general fitness. But this is my dream, as I'm sure weight loss is for many people here, and there's no reason to knock on my dream when I certainly never knocked on anyone else's. I just did a search engine of fitness forums and this is what popped up. And for the record, I don't plan on becoming "sickingly thin," as I'm nowhere near that now and my genetics will never allow for such a body type. I wasn't trying to offend anyone, but I am actually looking for workout advice. Thanks for the help.
