ok so i finished working out around 20 to 5 this afternoon, and now at like 6:20 i had dinner (which was a whole wheat english muffin with a little peanut butter, 2 egg whites, and a whole egg). now i know youre not supposed to have fats after a workout, but was this late enough to have some peanut butter?
