I need to know how to 'bulk up' by gaining muscle(rather than fat).
I want to make my arms bigger, get a visible six pack(without tensing) and i want to
lose some of the fat around my thighs. I really don't care about getting strong, I
just want to look strong.
I will greatly appreciate any tips you can give me
Current status:
I am:
15 years old
59KG
approx. 170cm tall (5'7)
I am not fat or extremely skinny (I'm of average build)
My metabolism is pretty good (I don't have to eat healthy to stay thin)
I currently have no access to weights but if they are essential I may join a gym or
buy some.
I am relatively fit. I ran 10km in 50min.
If you could please give me some tips (what i need to eat, what exercises to do etc.)
I will be very thankful.
