How SHould i Balance These 3 Supplements?

Hi guys i have just started working out about 2 weeks ago after a long break. What i do so far is take protein before and after workouts and glutamine at night although its ays take glutamine twice the protein shakes add up to one dosage of it. but today i picked up creatine. now im wondering a couple of things
first off should i take protein on days that i dont work out? if so how much?
should i mix creatine and protein into milk into one solution or drink them sepereate?
should i still take glutamine along with the creatine? if i can take all 3 supplements can someone reccomend proper dosages and times?
also should i take creatine on days i dont work out?
also im thinking after loading up on creatine ill take it 3 grams before workout 3 after. would this be enough? or would u recommend more creatine after loading up?
also my last question is should i drink creatine in kool aid because the kool aid is sugarry and i heard thats good for creatine absorption.

it matters more about total protein in the meal plan over if one takes a protein supplement each day or not. if you need the shake to hit your numbers, take it

its ok to mix creatine and protein in milk

yes, you can mix the glutamine in there.

yes, take creatine on days you dont workout

no need to load. 3-5 grams a day is more than enough

yes, you can mix creatine in kool-aid if you prefer
