how often?

hiiiii, it's me again. i've seen the results of 20 days of running and it really helped a lot on my weight controlling...but i've got a question...is it practically good for you to run everyday? :confused: like sometimes, i just gotta do something on weekends, like to meet friends and stuff so i don't get time to go to gym but overall, i go to gym on every weekday, from 4:0pm to 5:30 pm, running for 50 mins....
so is it okay for me NOT go to gym for one day or two out of a week?

I think the body needs rest from cardio just like it needs rest from weight training.
 
I agree with THECOMPLEX, not only that's OK not to run everyday, but also it's actually needed. The best would be to run two days straight, and rest one before running two more. By this way you would be running 4 days per week and that's enough. Your knees will be glad if you give them a little rest.
