hiiiii, it's me again. i've seen the results of 20 days of running and it really helped a lot on my weight controlling...but i've got a question...is it practically good for you to run everyday?
like sometimes, i just gotta do something on weekends, like to meet friends and stuff so i don't get time to go to gym but overall, i go to gym on every weekday, from 4:0pm to 5:30 pm, running for 50 mins....
so is it okay for me NOT go to gym for one day or two out of a week?
