Would taking it 1 before, 1 during, and 1 after be that beneficial? I have heard that it helps a lot in muscle rebuilding in the book Scrawny to Brawny and elsewhere as well.
you should take it once a day within 45 minutes of ure workout. I never take it on days i did not work out, dont see a point, protein is to help rebuild the muscle. If you didnt do any damage to the muscle why waste the protein.
