hi, i'm nearly 15, i'm 5'8'' and i weigh 140lbs. i run quite a lot, but have had a bit of a break recently as i haven't been able to find the time. what i'm wondering is how often should i run, is every day too often, should i run every other day? i run between 2-3 miles ATM, but i need to get up to a good speed for 4.5 miles for december. How often do you think i should i run? and what do you think are decent times for 2miles, 3miles and 4.5miles at my age?
