How Often Can I Cut Loose?

Okay First off I am 18... I did P90x, and during the 90 days I was on a strict diet the whole time, and after I finished I had one day where I ate anything I wanted and howerever much I wanted, Literally had a jar of Peanut butter in one hand, with cookies, chocolates, and Pizza in the other for basically the whole day. I went all out. The next day I returned to my normal healthy diet, and I started Insanity the following week. Well I am about to start my second month of Insanity, and Im wondering if its okay to go all out for a whole day like that again when I finish. I dont want my results to be effected, because at the rate Im at I should have my long wanted 6-pack after I finish Insanity. If I get my Abs showing the way I want, I never want that to go away, EVER! I plan on maintaining the same healthy diet after Insanity, mabey a little more leaniant because right now I am really hardcore. And will probably do a Fusion of Insanity, and P90x. I wanted to know how often would it be okay to have one of those days where I eat literally everything I want and however much I want without it effecting my hard work. Is it even okay to eat like that for a whole day? I just wouldnt want to unknowingly ruin my hard work.

Wow, this is a tough one.
I work out 7 days running, I take a rest day on day 8, then I start again.
Usually on day 4 of the 7 days, I go out in the evening and have 4-6 alcoholic drinks, which is god knows how many calories. I will also eat bar snacks and whatever I can get my hands on.
I feel a bit guilty the next day but I know everyone needs some down-time from their diet and training.
Maybe it would be better to not do an all day eating event, maybe just a massive pig out in the evening? I reckon just one massive pig out, one massive meal per se, is enough to satisfy you. Do you really need to make it an all day eating event?
I reckon maybe you can moderate it a little, but definitely don't knock it out, you deserve a "reward day", for sure.
