can someone tell me how many calories I should be burning everyday? i just had a baby in the end of '05 and i'm trying to lose this extra weight. i have a realistic goal and have a diet that i'm working with that has worked for me in the past. but i want to make sure i'm doing as much as i should during the day. i do cardio in the am like i did before. hate doing weights and yes i know i should do them. but honestly ppl i love being with baby more. and that is my main priority after coming home from work 6 days a week. i stand all day long and just want to sit and play with baby! how do i find out how many calories i should be burning. is there a site or does someone here have the knowledge to lend me a helping hand???
