I usually can squat 155 with good form and without having my knees hurt. Haven't done any leg presses for a while. But in middle school it was around 200.
How did you get that big? That squat is pretty impressive for guys our age.
im 16 and a jr i bench 260 squat 375 leg press round 700 dead lift round 440 and clean 230. i play football baseball and throw the shot put for our vr track team
I Bench 200max havn't done squats in a long time or leg press exept on a bowflex if that counts, but it only has 210lbs so i can do alot of reps with that (leg press)
