Sport how much sugar do you take in?

Sport Fitness
Hi , I like to eat yogurt, but I am sure there is sugar in side, quite a lot a guess ,ok, you may say I should try other non fat, no suger added, but I like this brand. I just want to know, how much sugar is too much, is this worth sarcrifice,
Thank you :)

Only sugar I take in during cutting is the Dextrose I have in my PWO shake. About 75g or so.

Same here. I will have the occasional honey drip here and there. I haven't had white sugar in forever cutting or bulking with exception to a cheat meal here or there. I get my sugar from natural sources like fruit, and even then when cutting on a small level.

The best thing to do is to understand there are different sugars and different times of the day in which you should take them in. So for your yogurt you should get a sugar free one, and then if want add a little splenda and maybe some go lean crunch. Or a dap of honey. That kind of thing. White sugar and high fructose corn syrup should be on the rarest of occasions.

no white sugar for me right now. dextrose in my PWO, like LV.

my yogurt is fat free, no added sugar. since yogurt is dairy, it will have lactose sugar, and if fruit's added, taht ups it a little more due to fructose.

Try it for a while and if you notice its becoming harder to reach your goals then drop it. I've been eating healthy for a little over 6 months now and im still fine tuning things and seeing how my body reacts. Everybody is different.

good point Junkfood. some people tolerate sugar a lot better than others.
