i really want to loose the flab around my stomach. it is SLOWLY comming along, but no quick enough. i have given up on all the "sweets" and unhealthy foods. i know its all bout cardio and eating right. well, i eat right but now i need to know how much to run, how fast ho slow, grade or no grade, would a bike be better the the treadmill or maybe jumping rope? any suggestions? i live in az so our summer starts only like a month away!!! oh! and im as white as this page, do tanning beds work? are the worth they cost/benifit ratio? and whats the going price/ how long do you stay in at a time?
