A common side effect of extreme weight loss is of course loose skin. My bit of research suggests that the extent of skin elasticity and it's ability to bounce back after weight loss depends mostly on age and genetics. Many have made the point that what seems like skin is sometimes mostly fat. I'm pretty sure mine is a combination of both but what is it mostly? If it is mostly fat then I would need to increase my weight loss but if it's skin I'll need to consider other options.

It feels weird putting pix of my stomach on the internet but what do these pix say?

I'd say there's still prob quite a bit of fat there (proportionally speaking). Also the thing you have to remember about loose skin is that it can take a year or more for your skin to bounce back. It may never return all the way to "normal" ... but you have to give it lots of time. Skin is elastic, but still needs time.

Making sure to eat a really healthy diet and drink lots of water will help a great deal as well. Hydration and proper nutrition makes a huge difference.
