How much fish oil

I would say 1-2g of DHA/EPA (not the same as 'fish oil'). But remember to start low and work your way up, or you could get stomach problems.

Fish oil is where you get DHA/EPA (not only fish oil but fish oil probably has the highest percentage of DHA/EPA per gram)

He is saying you need 1 - 2 grams of DHA/EPA not fish oil, basically saying something along the lines of """""you need 4 grams of fish oil to get 2 grams of DHA/EPA"""" I don't know why he would write something so confusing.

Take 4 capsules a day like it says on the bottle.

DONT get so pedantic on trying to super-size all you're supplements.

Hey leckbass, I agree that you should take whatever the bottle tells you to take.
Getting your fish oil naturally through tuna, salmon, cod, etc is the best way to do it, but if you have to, taking a HIGH QUALITY supplement (that has no risk of toxins being included) is a great idea.

Researches shows that there is no RDA for fish oil. Like any other food or supplements, take it moderately
(eating 2 to 3 servings in a week). As much as possible, get this naturally from fishes. You may also combine this by eating other sources of omega 3 like nuts, flaxeed, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, lettuce, squash and cabbage.
