I've seen anywhere from 0.5-1g per 3oz up to 3g per 3oz and some variations in between. I don't really know what to count my regular chicken breast as. I'm talking about skinless, boneless white meat. Same question goes for turkey too...

In 3 ounces? Not that I'm denying it, but can you back that up somehow? Only asking because, like I said, I've found it different ways from many different sites
