Can anyone help me?... Ive just started my dieting again, and Ive done two days of the cardio on Power 90... (because my daughter lost the remote to the DVD player so i cant switch it to the sculpting part, which I'm suppose to alternate everyday) i was just wondering..if i stick to doing just the cardio.. how many days a week should i do it.. and how many consecutive days?? ... Can ANYONE help me with this.. i really want to get on the right path with this!!! I don't want to quit.. or not do enough.. so any help would b greatly appreciated!!
