How much exercise should i be doing??

Can anyone help me?... Ive just started my dieting again, and Ive done two days of the cardio on Power 90... (because my daughter lost the remote to the DVD player so i cant switch it to the sculpting part, which I'm suppose to alternate everyday) i was just wondering..if i stick to doing just the cardio.. how many days a week should i do it.. and how many consecutive days?? ... Can ANYONE help me with this.. i really want to get on the right path with this!!! I don't want to quit.. or not do enough.. so any help would b greatly appreciated!!

Enough exercise to trigger fat loss and muscle maintenance.

Haha, I know you won't like that answer, but it's about as solid an answer you are going to get without it being incorrect.

You see, it is different for everone. But if weight loss if your goal, I would suggest at least 3 sessions of cardio per week and 2 sessions of resistance training per week.

And the idea is to progress as your body adapts and allows you to do more work.
