How much can you bench press?

None of you do bench? Or u are scared? Cum now dont be shy. :)
 
I dont think it matters how much you can bench press...what matters is your form and your goal.

I can bench press 100 lbs barbell..140 dumbell..I know it's not a lot ..just started benching plus don't have spotter so gotta be careful :p

I can bench a VW Beetle with two pregnant pigs on the back seat. I was hoping to try a weight up and go for a racehorse with George Foreman in the saddle but he's been selling a lot of this grilling thingy's recently so he's too expensive right now, I might have to settle for Mike Tyson sat on a Llama

What they are saying is that there is another topic about that... and who cares, really. Not to be rude, but no one really cares that much about bench press unless you are competing, or the like.

Yes but thet one is from 2008 and I cannot see you saying how much you bench in thread. Funny but i cannot also see karky or tcajim stats, so maybe a fresh one is not so bad.

It's constantly updated, or should be, you post your lifts then a mod updates the list. I guess Karky needs to update it now as he's the only active mod remaining
 
good logic :) I haven't done bench press in years (switched to pushups) ... this I remember: when i was 18, i did 1-rep max of 140lb and haven't done it since ... when i was 26, i was doing bench somewhat regularly and was doing about 165 lb for 3 sets x 12 reps ... now I do sets of 50 pushups and usually do 2 or 3.
 
How you say you are strongest pershon here but you dont say how much you bench. Maybe I'm strongest becasue I stated how much I bench.

BigT isn't being serious and you still haven't posted stats in the bench chart sticky. People aren't gonna start posting in here as well as the official thread, but if you must know, my last max was 265lbs which is a bit ****y but working on it
 
Anyone got good program for increase bench? I eat some good meats and food but I want to know how I can increase bench press.
