Hi i just started making premade meals for 6 days. Mon-Sat and Sun being my "cheat day" or eat normally day.
These are 3 weeks worth of the same meal. (2 meals a day for 6 days)
I made these meals with small portions but I have no idea how many calories are in them.
I am 25 years old 5'10 and about 250 pounds. I eat these meals 2 times a day (lunch and dinner) with snacks / breakfast being made or cooked on the spot.
My goal for the day is around 2000 calories.

The ground beef is lean and the sausages are chicken. The steak is top round I believe.
