How many times per week should I work out?

Since I started working out (3 months ago) I have been working out 6 days per week, resting only on Sunday. I'm only 15, and I think I'm burning myself out. I really don't want to work out pretty much every day now, so I was thinking of just doing a full body workout 3 times a week. Currently I do the same 11 exercises, 6 on one day, 5 on the next. The day with 6 exercises is my upper body day, the day with 5 exercises is my lower body day. Since I want to do a full body work out, I don't think I can do all 11 in one day, probably like 7 at most. So if I do 7 out of 11 one day, and incorporate the 4 i misses the next time I work out, including 3 I did the previous day, would my gains be better or the same? My goal is to build muscle mass.
