How many times a week workout and cardio?

Hi there,

I'm sorry if you already discuss this, but i'm new to this forum.
So could you please advise how many times a week i have to visit gym?
And can i do full body workout and cardio in one day?

Me weight is 198lbs, i'm 5'2" toll and my BFI is 35,2%

My goal is to loose 80lbs by the end of this year.

For now i go to gym 5 days a week and do 30 min cardio(that would be wether elliptical or treadmill) and then full body workout for another 40min.
Is that enough?

Diet is half the battle, take a good close look at what you eat and how much you. If you can get a bicycle and bike ever where you can that will help break up the monotone of the treadmill and elliptical.

I do follow the diet also, thanks to this site forum i finally understand the way of proper dieting, nutrition and calorie counting:)
