I am wondering if anyone knows how many minutes it takes to rev up the metabolism. What I am thinking is doing 1-5 minutes of walking/dance many times a day if it is worth the extra calorie loss.
Hello, any sort of exercise is always good, however good cardio workout which targets fat should not be shorter than 30 min. As a matter of fact, for best results it is recommended to do your cardio for not less than 45 min. per session.
I wouldn't worry about it. If all you can fit in is a few minutes here and there, then take whatever you can get. It will add up and its much better than nothing.
