I started running with...walking...
Well,at first few times i did long walks(2-3 hours) around the streets.My muscles hurt a bit after that but soon that pain stopped.Then i started doing long walks where i got to my destination point and ran for maybe a kilometre.Once i outgrew that,i walked something like quarter to half way to my destination point,then i ran to my destination point and also did my 1 kilometre run in there and walked back home.
I guess by now you get the idea so i`m not gonna write my whole pointless running blog.Start by little and push yourself just a bit every day.
