Sport How many grams of protein in...

Sport Fitness
Some food products (most of the ones I use for my sources of protein) don't list how many grams of protein are in a serving. I'm aware that, trying to maximize muscle growth, I should be eating about as many grams of protein in a day as the number of pounds I weigh, but without knowing how much protein is in the things I eat, I can't calculate this.

So, can anyone tell me about how many grams of protein can be found in servings of these foods and these amounts:

1 rotissierre chicken, about the size you find at Stop & Shop, with all the skin taken off

1 hard-boiled egg white

1 palm-full of peanuts

1/2 pound of salmon filet

?

it will say the nutritional info - if just per 100g or something

simply check out how many grams in the product, and divide by the size of the serving you are taking, and work it out that way.

Rotissierre chickens, bags of peanuts and salmon filet from the supermarket fish counter do not have nutrition facts listed on them. Hence, the purpose of this thread.

Not sure about cartons of eggs, but I don't think they have nutrition facts on them either...

Thank you :)
