Lets see how many consecutive days we can stay on the wagon.... Of course we always get back up, but weight loss works best for me when I stay on.
My junk is my addiction to sugary foods. I'm sure we all have some "junk" we have to challenge ourselves to stay away from.
Most of us probably also have a calorie range that we use to lose, or at least maintain.... Or maybe we just know how much food we allow ourselves...
Let's post how many consecutive days we can get staying within our personal limits, we each know what is considered a slip for us, so just post how many days you can go without a slip. Your could also post what limits you stayed within.
If you can't get 1 day, your goal is to get 1, if you can only get 1, your goal is to get 2. If you are awesome and have been doing great for many days, your goal is to keep counting!
