you may be gaining muscle or have reached a plateau. plus, thats too few calories for the amount of exercise your doing. you should be around 1500.
are you drinkin plenty of water every day? cutting out soda?

also have you measured? you may have lost several inches! if so, the pounds will be right behind it.

thanks for the reply

i do drink lots of water and i don't drink soda at all! (the stuff will kill ya expecialy the diet stuff!) i am finding my tummy quite bloted I don't know what else to do. after a month you would think i would of lost a inch. but nothing. I tried on a oair of dress pants the other day thinking they would fit and they don't

I am relly tired of all this

thanks

p.s. how DID you do it?

Believe me, if you're eating that few calories, your body will adjust, and then you'll be in too deep. If you cut too many calories, your metabolism will slow down, and you don't want that do you? Plus, you'd probably have a more efficient workout with you ate more, because you'd have more energy. Just make sure that you're calculating your calories correctly, because surving sizes matter. There's this great website that i think helps:
Hope it helps. Just be safe about losing weight, and be patient, it takes time. I'm in the same boat as you, my body just doesn't want to lose weight. if you have faith in it happening, and you're trying your hardest, while being healthy, then eventually you will lose the weight you want. Good luck!

you probally are gaining muscle. 1000-1200 is really low, i started to hit a plateau and not lose and weight once my body got used to me eating 600 calories a day but then when i raised it up 800 i started losing more and more.

^^true. if nothing is happening, adjustments need to be made. i didnt do any ONE particular thing all this time to lose my weight. i constantly switched things up/changed calorie amounts. maybe you could try "tricking" your metabolism by doing 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, (2,4,6,8) then go back to 1200.

You have the right idea, but you are off quite a bit... You are taking in WAY too little calories, that's why you haven't lost any weight yet. The reason being is that fat is a long term energy source, and since you are not feeding your body enough food, it's hanging onto that fat.

As far as "results", don't expect a lot in the first month... your body is thinking "what the heck is this crazy lady trying to do to me!" It's not until months 2-3 of CONSISTANT eatting habits/workouts you'll start seeing things happen...

You're only eatting 800 calories?! you also need to bump yours up quite a bit...

Both of you need to ...

1.) Look up your calorie expenditure...
2.) Subtract 500 calories from what you got... that is your daily intake.
3.) Take that number and multiply it like below...

Carbs = Daily Intake * .6 = Carb Calories
Protein = Daily Intake * .2 = Protein Calories
Fat = Daily Intake * .2 = Fat Calories

Carb Calories / 4 = Grams of Carbs
Protein Calories / 4 = Grams of Protein
Fat Calories / 9 = Grams of Fat

4.) Spread your daily intake into 4-5 small meals throughout the day, eatting about every 3 hours...

On top of that you should be doing resistance training about 3 times a week as well as 3-4 times cardio...

Resistance training should be a total body exercise for the first month or two to jump start your muscles. (2-3 sets of 15-20 reps) Your cardio training should be at in interval like 2:00 minutes at a "Easy" pace, followed by :30 seconds at a "Hard" pace, then 1:30 minutes at a "Medium" pace, and then flip back and forth between the :30 seconds at "Hard" and 1:30 minutes at "Medium" for abotu 25-35 minutes...
