How many calories should I eat a day?

I want to lose fat this winter, as I play sport at a serious level, while at the same time, I want to get significantly stronger.
As a cricketer, I am primarily a fast bowler, but can bat middle order as well (if this means nothing to you, than just count me as a general sportman)

Information:

17 year old
Male
85kg
17% body fat
68kg muscle mass

Schedule:
Cricket - 4 times a week 30 mins - 2 hours
Rugby - 1 match a week (60-80 mins), 2 training sessions a week (1x2 hours, 1x 30 minutes)
Gym - Weights 3 times a week (1 hour 15 mins, 8 exercises)
Interval Running - 3/4 times a week (20-30 minutes, 1 minute high intensity, 1 minute jogging)

I am fairly big and strong at the moment, quick for my size and I can match people with less fat than me in races and long distance stuff. I am otherwise quite active, as I go to school and am walking about quite a bit.

I would love to know how many calories I should be eating a day in order to lose a lot of fat, but being able to maintain some energy to do everything else and get stronger. Also, what proportion of my calories should come from which kinds of food groups?
